Describe the plant-sitting services you offer

I am an indoor plant specialist offering housesitting services, in-home plant boarding, in-home plant consultations, and repotting services. I have 10+ years of experience as a hobbyist and 3+ years of indoor plant experience in a professional setting.

What experience do you have caring for plants?

I have 10+ years of experience as a hobbyist and 3+ years of professional indoor plant care experience working for a local house plant company. My professional experience includes, but isn’t limited to, managing a brick and mortar plant shop, greenhouse plant care, commercial plant care, and large scale commercial installs.

What types of plants are you comfortable caring for?

Monsteras,philodendrons, Pothos, Hoyas, snake plants, ZZ plants, succulents, cacti, focuses, dracaenas, and more.

What will you do during a typical visit?

I will start by assessing your collection and examining all plants for pest of any kind. If pests are found, plants will be cleaned, treated, and ideally quarantined from others. Any surrounding plants will be cleaned and treated as well. I will then check for plants that need watering by both feeling the soil and checking the weight of the pot (light pot=dry soil). After watering, I will assess that all plants are getting their light requirements met and make suggestions for plants that need moved/adjusted. I will end the service by cleaning the surrounding area of all dirt and debris. I can also provide repotting services if the materials are provided; I can provide my own reporting materials for further visits with an additional fee.

I have years of experience with indoor plant care, as well as two years of experience managing a brick and mortar plant shop, caring for 300+ plants at any given time. My management experience has also made me reliable, detail oriented, and knowledgeable on the subject at hand.
