What experience do you have caring for plants?
I am also a plant owner! I’ve been doing this for about 3-4 years now. I have mainly indoor plants ranging from the basics and moderate level of caretaking. I have pothos, monsteras, alocasias.
I also have a slowly growing outdoor garden. There is a slow growing calamansi sapling, chili pepper tree, and I am attempting to grow Longan from seed currently.
What types of plants are you comfortable caring for?
I am comfortable caring for the common tropical plants and other indoor plants. I am comfortable with anything so long as there are clear written/texted instructions.
Preferably more comfortable with indoor plants but I can also tend to garden with owner instructions/preferences so long as there is not any heavy lifting or anything I physically am not capable of carrying.
What will you do during a typical visit?
What I do in each visit is based off of the owners instructions and preferences for their house.
If there are no instructions: - plants inspection/rotating - pest inspection - soil checks, watering if needed - tending to grow lights - tending to humidifiers - complete other requested tasks left by owner
What makes you a reliable plant sitter?
I am a plant owner too and wanna make sure other people’s plants are healthy and thriving as well! - I will follow instructions very well and continue to keep us updated whether through text or pictures. - I will also be sure to communicate there ever be any concerns or updates - I will always respect one’s home and try to leave it better than the way I found it.
