Describe the plant-sitting services you offer
I offer attentive, personalized care based on each plant’s individual needs. I can handle watering, soil-moisture checks, rotating plants for proper light, misting, light pruning, pest checks, and other care requested by the owner. I’m also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your plants are doing while you’re away!
What experience do you have caring for plants?
I grew up in a home filled with plants, so caring for them has always been a part of my life. As an adult, I’ve built a little indoor jungle of my own with plants that have very different watering, lighting, and care needs. I’ve never lost a plant and have even successfully revived plants that came to me in pretty rough condition. I love plants enough that I actually have one of mine tattooed on me!
What types of plants are you comfortable caring for?
I’m comfortable caring for a wide variety of houseplants, including tropical plants, succulents, cacti, trailing plants, and other common indoor varieties. I’m also very comfortable following detailed instructions for plants with care needs that differ from my own collection.
What will you do during a typical visit?
I’ll follow your care instructions closely and give each plant individual attention rather than simply watering everything on the same schedule. I’ll check soil moisture before watering, look over plants for any signs of stress or pests, rotate or mist them when appropriate, and complete any other requested care. I’m also happy to send photos and updates after each visit so you know everything is doing well!
What makes you a reliable plant sitter?
I know how much trust it takes to leave both your plants and your home in someone else’s care. I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and careful about following instructions, especially because I know every plant has different needs. I work from home, which gives me great flexibility when scheduling visits, and I’ll always treat your home and plants with the same care and respect I’d want for my own.
